Welcome back to my corner of the internet lovelies! Today I’m sharing how I incorporate pops of color into my everyday makeup !
The first way I typically add color is through my brows! I use this Salon Perfect brow powder in a shade or two lighter to give my brows a lighter appearance!
The second thing I do, is to down play my highlight by mixing LA Girl Pro concealer sin fawn and dark cocoa! By doing this I can go with a brighter highlighter and not look too washed out in photography!
I typically use Cocoa Bear eyeshadow by Makeup Geek as an all over shadow for my everyday look. Adding this shadow in the shade Madagascar, adds a nice warmth to my eye looks. I also use it as a blush sometimes!
Next, the best way to add a pop of color is by using a bright shade on your lower lash line! I used this bright blue shade from Sephora!
Last but not least, a great way to add a pop of color to a neutral makeup look is by using a bright or non traditional color for lips! I love the combination of the Kylie Cosmetics metal matte lipstick in King K and Heir!
And here is a look at my final product!

Welcome back to my corner of the internet lovelies! Today I’m sharing my go to lippies for summer time! I admit, I typically reach for the same general shades but the different finishes are what sets them apart! Let’s hop in.
The first go to shade is Dopey ($6.0) from Colourpop cosmetics! This ultra satin lip is a gorgeous mauve pink shade.
The next lippie I’m loving is Colourpops Teeny Tiny. This is an ultra matte formula which I love. It’s non transferable, and super long lasting. Coming in at $4.80 right now, you really can’t beat it!
Last but not least is Like ($16.00) from Kylie Cosmetics. This nude gloss is perfect if you’re on the run and just need a nice wash of color!
These are my 3 go to lippies for the summer! What’s your favorite go to lip color ?

Welcome back to my corner of the internet lovelies. This week with be a pretty short post, but I’m super in love with what I did create this week!
May 8- 9: Makeup free days as my daughter was out of school so I just used the days to get some cleaning done.
I created this simple look for a day of filming. My favorite part of this look has got to be my use of Phantom by Makeup Geek in the inner corner. This gave a super unique twist to a simple look!
I created this super colorful, space vibes look as a way to play with a new technique I saw. I used the Colourpop shadow in meow on the first 2/3 of my lid and absolutely loved it! Of course I tried to be extra and add a two toned winged liner that turned out horribly, but over all I loved the look.
May 12- was another makeup free day! Got a lot of blog photography done as well as preparation for my businesses launch!
Well these were the looks of the week! Which was your favorite?
Thank you again for stopping by!

Best of love,
Hello lovelies! Welcome back to my corner of the internet! Today I’m sharing my updated morning skin care routine. I did a post on my skin care awhile back which you can find here. I’ve changed a few products since then so I thought it was surely time for an update! Let’s hop right in shall we!
When I first wake up the first thing I do is get a glass of water. Why is this important you ask? When you first get up your body needs to rehydrated! If you’re dehydrated your skin suffers. By drinking some water when you first wake up, you give your skin a mini boost before you even touch it!
My next step is cleansing! I’ve been using this All-natural Black soap facial wash from What On Earth? Cosmetics with my spin brush tool. This wash leaves my skin feeling super clean and helps clear my pores it seems. I’ve been using this regimen for about two weeks now and my skin has definitely been thanking me for it!
Next, if I was wearing any makeup the day before I take a bit of marcilar water and getting any leftover eye makeup off with a cotton round.
My next step is to tone! For toner i’ve been using a mixture of Apple cider vinegar and water on a cotton ball. this helps with any breakouts or dark marks im having.
After I tone, I use this lip scrub by my company Enliven Luxx! The oils and the scrub in general prepare my lips for the lipstick or lip balm I plan to wear during the day.
Last but not least is moisturizer. I’ve been using the All- natural whipped body butter with Lemongrass by What On Earth? Cosmetics. I’m in love with the refreshing scent of the Lemongrass as well as how smooth and moisturized my skin feels after I apply it!
So far, this routine has totally been helping my skin. My face seems more even toned and healthy!
What are some of your skin care favs?
